Allison came to me with extreme exhaustion, brain fog, and a feeling of constant overwhelm about her work and life responsibilities. When I came to Siri, I was in the thick of the menopause transition and struggling with nighttime panic attacks. I used to joke that menopause had given me "the gift of anxiety," but the truth was that it was exhausting and disruptive. I was waking up in the middle of the night with panic attacks, sometimes several times a night, which made it very difficult to get restful sleep. During our work together, we used the MenoEFT tapping method to uncover and release a core memory that was likely contributing to the anxiety pattern in my nervous system. I noticed improvement almost immediately. When the panic would wake me up at night, I began using the tapping tools we practiced together. Within a couple of months, my nighttime panic attacks were gone. With everything that comes along with the menopause transition, it was an enormous relief to have this major symptom resolved. I am deeply grateful to finally be sleeping peacefully again.
