I care deeply about helping you get your brilliance back.
Here’s my story…

I am a Certified Menopause Doula, Certified Clinical EFT Practitioner, and have a Doctorate in Contemplative Leadership.

  • I have spoken on stages to inspire over 50,000 people and led courses and group programs for thousands more.

  • For 20 years, I've been integrating science and spirituality to help hundreds of women prioritize their wellbeing and lead with purpose and confidence.

  • Three years ago, in the midst of perimenopause, I could not even leave my home due to debilitating anxiety, fatigue, and insomnia, but I was able to get my brain and health back through learning and implementing holistic practices and key lifestyle changes.

The reason I got into this work was because I used to struggle with anxiety, brain fog, emotional volatility, and exhaustion myself.

I know what it's like to wake up with crushing fatigue and disabling anxiety. It felt like my body was an unsafe place to be living in.

I know what it's like to struggle with physical and mental symptoms related to menopause while working in a highly visible leadership role. Because four years ago, when I turned 46, that struggle consumed my life. I know what it's like to wake up with crushing fatigue and disabling anxiety and feel like my body was an unsafe place to be living in, and yet have to try to show up for my team and my family. And to lie down at night worrying about whether or not I would be able to get enough sleep to function in my life the next day, or whether I would have to create workarounds and excuses to mask how terrible I felt. It got so bad that I ended up in the ER twice and had a months-long stretch where I was too anxious to drive my kids to their activities or leave my house for more than a few minutes. I was so tired that simple tasks like eating and going to the bathroom were exhausting, and the only work I could do was remotely on my computer while lying on the couch.

Eventually, I was faced with a choice: keep lying on the couch or find help.

I worked with a therapist, spiritual director, and EFT practitioners, and I purchased and worked my way through over a dozen online courses. Eventually, I even completed two new certifications in the areas that helped me heal the most, menopause and EFT/tapping.

The best part is I have found a new way to live my purpose, to learn and help others learn, while tuning into my needs and taking care of myself compassionately.

So, I know how painful it can be. And, I know what it's like to be on the other side of it. To feel at home in my body again and to have a life where I wake up excited about my work, taking care of my kids, and being a part of important things that are happening in my family and community. I go to bed at night thinking about how grateful and happy I feel to have lived through the day I just experienced, with its small moments of joy and connection and room to breathe.
